Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all current and future business transactions with our customers.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a court, government agency or other legal authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not invalidate, void or render unenforceable any other portion of these terms and conditions but rather these terms and conditions shall be construed as if it did not contain the particular invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision or provisions, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.
With special campaigns, sales actions or fairs other terms of payment and delivery can apply.
Order and Delivery
By submitting an order the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
Our acceptance of orders takes place under the reservation of deliverability.. The customer will also accept incomplete or partial deliveries.
In addition we reserve ourselves the right to change articles in design and color, as well as to make technical improvements.
The delivery takes place as fast as possible on the safest and most favorable way, currently by the Swiss Postal Service.
Orders registered before 13.00h on Monday to Thursday will be processed and handed over to the post office on the same day if possible. No parcels are sent on Fridays.
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer once the goods are delivered to the transport company, the carrier or other person or establishment appointed to carry out the shipment. Any delay of the supplies or services does not entitle the customer to any rights and claims.
Upon receipt of goods, the customer shall immediately report of any defects to the carrier and in written form to our company.
Prices and Payment
Our prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and deemed to be net “ex works” from distribution center Cham, plus legally valid value added tax, as well as shipping costs (Yellownet / MasterCard / VISA: CHF 9.80; COD: +CHF 15.00). With appearance of a new price list all earlier prices lose their validity.
Our company shall remain the owner of all goods until having received the full payments in accordance with the contract
Notices of defect and Returns
Ordered merchandise must not be returned without prior written consent of our company. Only defective material may be returned, within 14 days (postage properly paid) to Royal Nails, Hinterbergstrasse 15, 6330 Cham, together with the original invoice. The customer will receive replacement or credit note. The costs for return are at the expense of the buyer. Under no circumstances we will accept returns, where postage is unpaid.
We give a 2-year guarantee on all electrical appliances, excluding the warranty.
The customer can’t make use of the right of withdrawal under any circumstances if it concerns products whose return is not possible for reasons of hygiene or health and / or which were opened after delivery.
All our products are exclusively for commercial usage.
Jurisdiction, applicable law and place of performance
The local court of Cham (Switzerland) shall be responsible for judgment of disputes arising in conjunction with this Agreement. Swiss law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods .
Any personal data are kept confidential in our database and will not be given to any other party.
